Job Description
Evaluation of rates, negotiation & agreement on variations along with the financial status of contracts
Preparation of final statements, discharge, project close puts & settlements of final accounts
Preparation of monthly valuations
Identifying & preparing of variations claims
Certifying payments for subcontractors
Actively being involved in resolving contractual matters with sub-contractors & qualification works in order to prepare the material requirement schedules, bar bending schedules & budgets
Preparation of material status reports & monthly progress reports
Desired candidate profile
B.E/B.Tech. (Civil) with a minimum of 3-10 years of experience from a reputed institute with good academic performance.
Should have experience in handling academic/ educational institutes/university projects.
Should be available in Kuwait locally with Visa no.18 and ready to join immediately.
