Sales Analyst
We are looking to hire a Sales Analyst who will analyze large sets of data, project sales trends, identify opportunities, improve sale strategies to increase the company's market share. The analyst will compile sales and market data, consequently provide valuable feedback and suggest actionable steps to operations and marketing.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Compile, analyze, and report sales data.
Monitor and analyze competitive environment, customer activity, and market trends.
Study sales data to determine product trends and provide actionable insights
Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating store sales performance.
Study purchase trends of consumer base & target demographic and make area-based recommendations.
Create sales evaluation reports based on collected data.
Skills and requirements:
2+ years proven experience in a similar role
Strong research and data analysis skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Project Manager
We are looking for an energetic Project Manager who will plan & oversee all of the company's ongoing projects. This role will work closely with the core departments to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. This individual will be responsible for handling project timelines for all departments and ensure proper communication of cross-departmental projects. This role will involve maintaining consistent process of project management. This will report to managing partner.
Job responsibilities:
Drive the organization and management of concurrent projects across multiple locations and on different timelines.
Managing project timelines and organizing necessary resources for execution.
Measure the progress levels of all ongoing projects in different departments.
Identify bottle-necks that hinder project progress.
Communicate project statuses with core team members on a periodic basis
Participate in planning of future projects.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Prepare reports on project performances.
Skills and qualifications:
2+ years of work experience as Project manager or similar roles.
Strong ability for timeline management,
Exceptionally organised individual.
Strong communication skills
Experience in managing multiple successful projects with rigid timelines and deliverables.

Business Development Manager
We are looking to hire a Business Development manager who can sustainably grow our business and extend our reach in Kuwait, by increasing sales and developing strong business relationships. The ideal candidate would be an energetic individual with effective communication skills. This role involves expanding the company's footprint by recognizing the right opportunities through an effective growth strategy.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with operations team and other stakeholders to discuss strategy and opportunities for new revenue streams.
Scope different country zones to find prospective new branch locations.
Identify and approach brands & chains to collaborate with.
Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Ensure a smooth and complete integration process when bringing a partner on board, from the preliminary phase to the launch.
Requirements:
2+ years of Business development experience, preferably within a high-growth company
Knowledge of the restaurant landscape in Kuwait is preferred
Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation is preferred
Self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
