Salesperson
Maximizes sales opportunities
Attends and assists customers in the selection and choice of Products
Presents features, functions, purposes, benefits, uses, brand and quality of the products
Ensures to push suggestive selling techniques by offering other product alternatives
Replenishes items on display and ensures availability of items in the selling area
Merchandises and arranges display of items
Monitors movement of items and informs the store/showroom management team of the fast and slow moving items as basis for future replenishment activities
Ensures that all items in the selling area are properly displayed, with correct prices,
Helps implement health, safety and security control and practices in the workplace
Assists in periodical/yearly store/showroom inventory/stock-taking
Deals with customer queries and routine product questions utilizing store/showroom and product knowledge
Handles customer complaints and directs concerns when necessary
Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in cleaning the store/showroom if necessary and proper stocking of items ·
Supports management decisions, requirements, expectations · Commits to follow and observe all store/showroom policies, rules and regulations ·
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by his/her Line Manager/s
Qualifications & Skills
Good Knowledge by Drones, Cameras and Photographing technology DJI products.
General knowledge by electronics.
Good English and Arabic Language.
Male or Female.
Minimum 2 years of Experience in direct sales.
Must be In Kuwait with valid Visa
Ready to join within short time
Outdoor sales representative
Responsibilities Include:
Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Manage accounts relationship and closely coordinate with buyers on purchases and inventory levels.
Develop new sales channels.
Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries, and returns.
Communicate promotions, price changes, new product releases and negotiate deals.
Coordinate deliveries with logistics and operations team.
Follow up on payment collection, credit note support, statement of account, and receivables from channels.
Follow up on DOA, and defective units with channels and service center.
Implement proper merchandising at retail stores. (POP, brochures, flyers, stands etc.)
Plans and executes promotions and activities to improve sales.
Ensures sales people are well trained about the products.
Coordinate marketing activities with the marketing team.
Visit the market and report the insights to management.
Prepare sales and stock reports on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and account management in consumer electronics field.
Ability to work independently; anticipating and resolving problems.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
Valid Kuwaiti Driving license
Transferable Visa.
