Head of Direct Sales

Responsibilities:

Drive sales by setting and executing sales plans, monitoring and reporting performance, owning sales processes and systems, Improving the customer journey, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Ensure business continuity and operational excellence throughout the value chain including order fulfillment, customer service, sub-contractor management, and stock management. This includes setting, monitoring, and reporting internal KPIs and cross-functional SLAs.

Generate demand throughsales programs and marketing campaigns. This includes improving conversion rates, expanding the customer base and exploiting the customer base.

Grow the business thru the strategy development, optimization of existing business models, and exploring new business models. Also, own and maintain a sustainable P&L.

Senior Sales Engineer-Fire suppression & Detection

Responsibilities:

Solid knowledge of NFPA Standards.

Strong network of MEP and safety contractors in Western Region.

Proven track of target achievements.

Ability to Manage the sales cycle from tendering till closing.

must be responsible of building strong pipeline of suppression and detection.

has a strong discipline of CRM update and follow up.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any related field (Mechanical or Electrical).

Must have 8-10 years of Experience in fire alarm & firefighting business preferred in AJCI System i.e Haygood, Ansul, chemguard, phyrochem, LPG. & simplex or Auto call for detection

Has a good communication Skills.

good command of English & Arabic.

Copywriter Specialist

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any related field (Literature, Language - copywriter).

Excellent command of English & Arabic.

Must have 3-5 years of Experience.

Has a good communication Skills.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
