Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an Implementation Consultant.
In this position, individuals are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position work independently.
Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users.
Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.
Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to the product and system integration teams for resolution.
Provides feedback based on client experiences to the product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
May work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.
May work on pre-sales activities.
Order Management Associate

Responsibilities
The G&A department of Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an Order Management Associate to perform tasks such as:
Check and process software orders and project services according to the corporate policies - implementing the procedure in place.
Issue invoices and credit notes to the customers.
Customer service and support.
Cut license keys and ensure delivery to the customers.
Process basic accounting transactions in ERP.
Debt collection.
Handle relationship with Local Authorities, Finance and legal partners.
Maintain a strong relationship with the rest of the PPM team in Europe and US.
Strong effort to meet the deadlines and produce activities schedule.
Responsive and reliable with an ability to work both independently and as a team player when successfully completing routine and urgent tasks.
Sales Support Representative
Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Sales Support Representative.
Assists the sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information to support them in achieving sales targets.
Works with the market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices.
Understands sales targets and quotas and supports delivery.
Prepares the distribution of accounts to sales representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM.
Coordinates with sales representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.
Provides accurate data to support RFPs and other sales-related documents.
Senior Implementation Analyst
Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst.
In this position, individuals are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position are expected to work effectively independently. Implementation Consultants are expected to implement various software solutions for Hexagon customers following the Smart Services Methodology (SSM) standards and process(es), relating but not limited to the following cyber technology and engineering software applications:
Customer Success Manager
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Work with the assigned customers through the life cycle of customer relationship to provide smooth transition through different phases (Sales to Service to Support).
Lead adoption activities including educating customer locations on support processes and training requirements to help them meet their expected outcomes.
Lead and own all aspects of post-sales engagement with the account that includes coordination with Account Management, Project Management and the Implementation team, Trainers, Product Management and Technical Support Analysts.
Continuously measure results, advise the account towards improving adoption, and improve user’s awareness of what is possible with Hexagon ALI Solutions.
Improve the account’s health and user satisfaction scores.
Develop and maintain relationships with all key customer contacts.
Be a single point of contact for "post-sales" escalations and be the customer champion within Hexagon ALI.
Work with cross functional teams (internal and external) to ensure timely resolution of the customer’s escalations and complex technical issues involving many different internal teams.
Conduct periodic review of use of Hexagon ALI solution, support services and status of issues and escalations.
Help conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement using project management skills for managing related action items.
Assist customer in understanding future roadmaps and in upgrade planning.
