Passenger Service Agent
Job Description:
Embed The Red Sea Air Services Company Health and Safety culture.
The PSA must have full knowledge of the Emergency Response Plan by action and structure of the plan.
The PSA shall ensure before starting their shift that the Emergency Response Plan equipment is available and in good working condition.
The PSA shall consistently survey their working environment for any potential hazards and rectify (if possible) and report them accordingly.
Own passenger relationships at the airport to build and develop an effective partnership with complex and diverse stakeholders across the station and Red Sea Global.
Passenger Services Supervisor
Conduct performance reviews of Passenger Services staff on a probationary period and annual schedule.
Lead the Passenger Services Team to deliver a consistent, professional profitable service to customers.
Directly supervise Passenger Service staff adherence to the uniform program, general appearance, proper procedures, and all other policies.
Ensure accurate provision and analysis of customer data including tracking of the performance of all passenger profitability and retention. Data to include but is not limited to H&S, financial, and KPIs

Aircraft Dispatch Supervisor
Job Description:
Embed The Red Sea Air Services Company Health and Safety culture.
Check and evaluate the weather at the departure and arrival site
Check and evaluate the weather along the flight route.
Check and evaluate the weather at an alternate airport in the event of an emergency landing before communicating the alternate airport to the PIC.
Ensure that the mechanical performance of the aircraft allows it to be scheduled for flight.
The ADS can delay or cancel flights if unsafe conditions threaten the safety of aircraft or passengers.
Ensure each PIC allocated for a flight carries with him all the regulatory prescribed documents and that they are valid before the release of a flight.
Ensure each PIC rostered for Operations is within Flight and Duty Limitations.
Ensure that the PIC is alert and attentive during their duty time.
Responsible for the oversight of economics, passenger service, and operational control of day-to-day flight operations.
Aircraft Dispatcher
MUST HAVE:
All Aircraft Dispatchers are required to hold:
Valid aircraft dispatcher certificate issued under GACAR Part 65.
Valid medical certificate issued under GACAR Part 67 (Class IV or higher)
Aircraft dispatchers are required to undergo recurrent evaluation of their English language proficiency at intervals specified in Appendix A to GACAR Part 61 and obtain a minimum Level 4 during their exam at an approved English Language Proficiency Testing Center (ELPTC) certificated under Subpart-D of GACAR Part-183
Ground Handling Supervisor
Job Description:

The GHS must have full knowledge of the TRSASC Emergency Response Plan by action and structure of the plan.
The GHS has the responsibility to ensure all team members have been trained on the company Emergency response plan, before being scheduled for duties that will require them to work alone.
The GHS has the responsibility to ensure that routine checks are done amongst the team on their Emergency Response and Business Continuity Plans knowledge during their shifts.
The GHS shall ensure before starting their shift that the Emergency Response equipment is available and in good working condition.
Eliminate the communication gap between departments by holding a pre-shift briefing with all team members engaged in the day-to-day operations at their assigned stations.
Ensure timely dissemination of information to all relevant internal stakeholders either via direct verbal communication, airwave radios, or by using mobile communication.
BIM Manager
Functional Management
· Coordinate the supply chain to deliver high quality information, data and models to RSG and ensure the delivery of information to RSG team and supply chain is in line with contract requirements.
· Coordinate and assess different factors that affect BIM development and analysis (logistics, project schedule specs, sensor, control management, etc.) and ensure supply chain delivery of high quality data into the model to contribute to the success of the BIM system.
· Assist developing Employers Information Requirements for each asset and work with consultants and contractors to ensure proposed BIM Execution Plans are aligned to RSG standards.
