Responsibilities

We are adding new Customer Success Manager to our team here at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence , to be based in Saudi Arabia. Our Customer Success Managers (CSM) are in a key role to drive customer satisfaction through their success in achieving desired outcomes by use of Hexagon ALI solutions. Leveraging your practical industry knowledge, business acumen, relationship management and broad understanding of Hexagon ALI solutions, you will position yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers to help them win in their business while maximizing their return on investment in Hexagon ALI solutions. The CSM role will collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with key Business Decision Makers, help reduce implementation risk, drive usage of existing solutions, identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell, and maintain established retention rates for both maintenance and SaaS renewals.

In this position, individuals are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position work independently.

Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users.

Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.

Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to the product and system integration teams for resolution.

Provides feedback based on client experiences to the product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.

May work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.

May work on pre-sales activities.

Assists the sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information to support them in achieving sales targets.

Works with the market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices.

Understands sales targets and quotas and supports delivery.

Prepares the distribution of accounts to sales representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM.

Coordinates with sales representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.

Provides accurate data to support RFPs and other sales-related documents.

The role is to based at our Khobar Offices Saudi, with limited travel required. In this role you will regularly interact with customers, solution development, and ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss and document design issues, and provide solutions to our end users.

Works as part of a global team to support customers by troubleshooting and resolving technically complex support issues related to Hexagon ALI Solutions and interfaces.

Regularly interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss and document design issues, and provide customer feedback.

Implementation Consultants are expected to implement various software solutions for Hexagon customers following the Smart Services Methodology (SSM) standards and process(es), relating but not limited to the following cyber technology and engineering software applications:
