Senior Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a "Senior Sales Supervisor" with a significant experience in marketing and sales of Residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
work directly with the subcontractors, manage and compare the proposals and advise the best options to run the project as scheduled.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
prepare the weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.
coordinate and follow up with the procurement department and vendors t make sure that the required materials are provided in time with the required quality.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs..

Procurement Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

Preparation of RFPs and dispatch to contractors or consultant offices which includes instructions, general contract conditions, special conditions, review tables of quantities, and any other documents.
Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
Review quality of purchased products.
Preparing procurement reports.
