Digital Transformation Consultant

Job Summary:


Assist businesses and organizations to plan for the future, in defining objectives to achieve and outline, Coporate SDAIA to future-proof its businesses and identify areas which will need to be more effectively managed in order to better perform in the future.


Responsibilities:


Identifying opportunities to improve operations through technology advancements and recommending solutions to management.
Developing a strategy for implementing technology solutions that align with SDAIA goals.
Developing a roadmap for use case development, prototyping, testing, deployment, and monitoring of new technology solutions.
Maintaining an inventory of current technology offerings and evaluating emerging technology solutions to determine which solutions may be most beneficial to the organization’s long-term goals.
Working with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology implementation in their departments.
Identifying potential issues that may arise during the implementation process and developing contingency plans to address issues before they become problems.
Creating a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging employees to think outside the box and embrace new technologies.

Quality Specialist

Job Summary:

The Quality Specialist is responsible for auditing, compliance, internal audit, monitoring corrective cases of procedures and systems, following up on nonconformities, correction plans, and reporting.


Responsibilities:

Contribute to building and updating systems and standards by following the best international practices of the center and its sectors.
Internal audit and reporting cases of non-conformity with the procedures of sectors and departments.
Follow up on improvement opportunities and correction plans, and compare the center's various sectors globally.
Internal assessment and reporting on the maturity level of the frameworks applied in the center.
Examine the results of SLA indicators for data quality and technological services to ensure compliance with specified service levels.
Audit and finalize improvement opportunities.
Conduct audit, compliance, and internal audit, and monitor corrective cases of procedures and systems.
Follow-up on nonconformities, correction plans, and reporting.


Technical Project Manager

Job Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management.

Education:


Bachelor’ degree in a Computer Science/Information System or any other related field.

Master’s/PhD is a plus.

Conduct research, benchmarking studies, and standards to determine best practices and latest updates in the areas of analytics Data and artificial intelligence.
Perform feasibility assessment of scenarios and prepare business requirements including defining parameters and estimating resources.
Conducting workshops with the Department of Business Analysis in order to identify relevant data sets and correlations potential to generate insights.
Develop scenarios to generate the required insight and define the detailed analytics models that will be used in each Scenario.
