Manage the sales and rental functions of Ghina real estate, be responsible for the sale and leasing different units for residential, commercial, retail, and shops. Work with brokers and marketing team to achieve targets
Responsibilities
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned projects / territory and accounts. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
The most significant responsibility of real estate sales managers is keeping their agents motivated to close sales.
Hire real estate sales staff, develop and implement training programs, negotiate real estate deals, and properly fill out sales paperwork.
Manage marketing, and planning open houses and other events that help develop sales leads for their office.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Meet with client who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation. They also assist sales agents who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
To stay up-to-date with the real estate trends, research sales movements and market performance.
Research new housing regulations and legislation

Ghina Real Estate
Head of Projects will manage the Projects Management & Facility Management teams with Site Engineers and employees of both departments as direct reports, while reporting to GM of Ghina RE
Responsibilities
Coordinates the efforts of various workers /contractors to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished.
Develops a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for multiple projects.
Creates a budget for the completion of each project, and monitors the amount spent to ensure the project does not exceed this amount
Recommends changes to a project that is ongoing if it appears it is not proceeding on schedule or is producing unsatisfactory results
Makes presentations to GM and company executives concerning different phases of a project and its progress for time, quality, and budget.
Establish effective governance and support the chartering and sponsoring of projects.
Make preventive maintenance planning for operating projects and monitors its performance
Maintain Execution excellence (Planning & Organizing, time management, process & orientation, Process & adherence, Operation excellence for quality and cost)
Qualifications
8+ years experience in construction management / project management and the management of projects.
Architectural background preferred, mix of consultancy/developers’ side responsible for multi-sites Project Management
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Architecture) / Master's degree and Project Management certifications are a plus
