JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Interface Manager for their programme, THE LINE. This ambitious project aims to build a 170km carbon-neutral urban project with advanced infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will work with a team of professionals to implement the project and make a positive impact on the infrastructure of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while supporting Vision 2030.
This project includes the services of a PMC to manage the design, construction and supervision of the fabrication/fabrication of the units (high-rise buildings). Aside from the technical work needed to deliver the project, and as this development is unprecedented in a completely new, untouched territory, strong communications messages are required both within and outside the project teams.
Based on site support for a mega project in NEOM, the Senior Frontend Manager will play a key role in enabling the execution of the physical handover of assets. This role has key responsibility for managing interfaces that can impact time, cost and physical integration.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Interface Manager will demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate multifaceted reviews related to interface management, ensuring that all relevant experts and stakeholders are involved and appropriately consulted. It is about doing what is appropriate for the program as a whole rather than individual projects within the programme.
Being experienced in coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, drawing on influencing skills to deliver results that are acceptable to all parties, the Senior Interface Manager will be able to manage change effectively, prioritizing and driving targeted levels of effort to ensure positive outcomes and controls are implemented in order to mitigate risks on project delivery

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
20 years of extensive experience in the field
Ability to demonstrate multidisciplinary knowledge and significant on-site delivery experience
Multi-disciplinary complex interface experience, with proven experience in organizational coordination and data sharing, with well-developed solving skills; Enable win-win solutions
Possesses working knowledge of design management, integration and construction management
Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both inside and outside of work (verbal and written)
Experience in construction activities and a strong awareness of risks, mitigation and control measures
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through effective communication, delegation and team leadership
Able to demonstrate systematic and logical thinking and experience in an environment where there are many data streams, different project teams, and departments with potentially competing requirements
Able to develop and implement continuous improvement
