We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Operations & Excellence Manager to join our team. As the Director of Business Operations and Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer journey, driving operational excellence, and ensuring customer loyalty. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Service, you will oversee a team of Customer Experience Advocates and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver world-class service To our valued customers.
responsibilities
Create, refine and help develop the processes, workflow and communication forecast for the day to day operations of the Customer Experience Advocates team, with the ultimate goal of building strong customer relationships and earning customer loyalty.
Leverage customer feedback, analysis and real-world cases to continually update and improve operations, ensuring they remain dynamic and responsive to customer needs for our evolving loyalty programme.
Implement appropriate metrics, stages and follow-up protocols within existing programs to track and improve the performance of the Customer Experience Advocate team, ensuring that customer queries and concerns are resolved timely and effectively.
Communicate with customers appropriately, demonstrating a deep understanding of Lucid's customer profile and unique requirements, to ensure a personalized and exceptional experience at every touch point.
Innovate, advocate, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments to quickly and efficiently address and resolve Lucid vehicle owners' questions, concerns, or escalations.
Demonstrated experience in dealing with sensitive customer concerns, focus on root causes to prevent recurrence of issues and provide sustainable solutions.
Support the voice of the customer throughout the organization, advocating for improvements to Lucid's services or offerings to enhance the overall customer experience.
Take charge of customer cases and see them through to their complete resolution, coordinating efficiently with internal departments when necessary, to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Cultivate customer loyalty by consistently delivering a world-class experience, exceeding customer expectations in every interaction.
requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field. MBA or equivalent a plus.
Proven experience (X years) in a customer focused role, eg Customer Experience Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar.
Solid experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, and a proven track record of success in customer-focused process improvement.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
An empathetic and customer focused mindset, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Proven experience in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of the automotive industry. Electric cars are a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a requirement, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
