Fitness Instructor cum Receptionist (Seasonal)

Details:

We are seeking a versatile professional who can combine their fitness expertise with exceptional customer service skills to deliver high-quality fitness training and support reception tasks. If you're a certified fitness instructor with experience and enjoy working with guests in a dynamic setting, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized and group fitness sessions, including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and other fitness programs.
• Design and implement fitness plans tailored to members' goals and abilities.
• Ensure a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Greet members and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage reception tasks, including answering inquiries, managing bookings, and handling phone calls and emails efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Promote the club's services, events, and membership packages to maximize engagement.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified fitness instructor with relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience in fitness training and customer service.
