Mechanical Supervisor - B Location

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Leading a team of approximately 4 Maintenance Technicians to support the safe delivery of production volumes for the assets.

• Liaise with FST and other Trade Supervisors to determine support requirements as per plans or emergent scopes.

• Acting as Area Authority for designated areas onboard and as a Performing Authority to ensure that all mechanical works are carried out in accordance with the Permit to Work process and company requirements.

• Contributing to the development and review of all risk assessments to ensure that hazards have been identified, adequate mitigations are in place, and risk has been reduced to ALARP.

• Ensuring the timely liquidation of all planned and corrective maintenance activities relevant to the Mechanical discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Education: In line with industry requirements.

• Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in O&G Mechanical systems or similar industry operations.

• Supervisory Experience: Experience of leading others is desirable (Lead Tech or Equivalent).

• Crisis Situations: Experience as part of a wider response team is desirable.

Senior Business Performance Analyst

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate the NOC Strategic Planning process, including the strategic objectives/KPIs definition, progress measurement/reporting to NOC senior management, and stewardship of actions.

• Define and implement performance management throughout the company, including its monitoring and regular reporting to company Management and Shareholders.

• Prepare company performance analysis in close coordination with the business, to provide feedback to the management and propose improvements to increase NOC efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Profile required: A 15+ year experienced professional having demonstrated mastery in Finance, Economics, Business fields, and management of small to medium teams with an exposure to dealing with a complex stakeholder map (internal and external).

• Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or Business degree (MBA).

• Fluent in English, good interpersonal skills, with experience managing multi-cultural and multi-discipline teams.

مشرف ميكانيكي - الموقع B

المهام

• قيادة فريق مكون من حوالي 4 فنيين صيانة لدعم تسليم أحجام الإنتاج بشكل آمن للأصول.

• التنسيق مع FST والمشرفين على الحرف الأخرى لتحديد احتياجات الدعم وفقًا للخطط أو النطاقات الطارئة.

• العمل كسلطة منطقة للمناطق المحددة على متن المنصة وكسلطة تنفيذية لضمان أن جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية تتم وفقًا لعملية تصريح العمل ومتطلبات الشركة.

• المساهمة في تطوير ومراجعة جميع تقييمات المخاطر لضمان تحديد المخاطر وتوافر تدابير التخفيف المناسبة وتقليل المخاطر إلى الحد الأدنى.

• ضمان تصفية جميع الأنشطة المخطط لها والتصحيحات في الوقت المناسب المتعلقة بالتحقق من الصيانة الميكانيكية.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

• التعليم: وفقًا لمتطلبات الصناعة.

• الخبرة في الصناعة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أنظمة الميكانيكا في النفط والغاز أو العمليات المماثلة.

• الخبرة الإشرافية: يفضل الخبرة في قيادة الآخرين (تقني رئيسي أو ما يعادلها).

• الحالات الطارئة: يفضل أن تكون جزءًا من فريق الاستجابة للطوارئ.

محلل أداء الأعمال الأول

المهام

• التنسيق مع عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي لشركة NOC، بما في ذلك تعريف الأهداف الاستراتيجية / مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وقياس التقدم / التقرير للإدارة العليا لشركة NOC والإشراف على الإجراءات.

• تعريف وتنفيذ إدارة الأداء في جميع أنحاء الشركة، بما في ذلك مراقبتها وتقديم التقارير المنتظمة إلى إدارة الشركة والمساهمين.

• إعداد تحليل أداء الشركة بالتنسيق الوثيق مع الأعمال التجارية، لتقديم ملاحظات للإدارة واقتراح تحسينات لزيادة كفاءة شركة NOC.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

• ملف مرشح: محترف ذو خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مجالات المالية والاقتصاد وإدارة الأعمال، مع إدارة فرق صغيرة إلى متوسطة والتعامل مع خرائط أصحاب المصلحة المعقدة (داخليًا وخارجيًا).
