Job summary/purpose
Effectively plans, organizes, monitors, coordinates and evaluates training activities in order to update the performance of our staff to meet hotel standards.
Always shows impressive grooming and leads by example.
Facilitates the entire recruitment process and preparation of fresh graduates.
Also assists in implementing systems and programs in employee relations and revenue generation, thereby assisting the DOHR and L&D Manager in achieving hotel and management goals and objectives.
