Job Description:
Required Technical Skill Set - SAP SF
Must - Have :
Extensive experience in the Time management and travel management configuration
Experience of SAU public labor law
He must have the experience of governmental implementation
Client engagement and listening
Coaching and training
Communication ability across multiple and different teams
Deep understanding of LOB business processes
Good-to-Have:
SAU Government experience
Experience in SF compensation
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
Obtain the needed certification in HCM
He will be responsible for delivering the implementation as per the public labor law
Apply the SAP best practice along with sap Activate methodologies in the implementation
Implement any needed custom solution or business configuration
Provide the needed training for the customer in Arabic language
Managing and monitoring, escalating the project related issues

Must-Have:
Oracle R12 Finance Modules Implementation and Support
Strong knowledge of Accounting entries
Fluent in Arabic & English and Presentation skills
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
AP, AR, GL, SLA Setup
Requirement gathering from Business users, mapping the requirement in Oracle R12 and solution design
Preparing Functional documents
Co-coordinating with technical team to explain the requirements
Assigning task to Finance team and Managing finance team delivery
