Major accounts:
Responsible for providing substantive expertise on technical integration with merchants for Payment Gateway and Point of Sale
Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by merchant and PTSPs
Support merchants in Payment Gateway and POS which includes but is not limited to attending to technical inquiries about APIs, working with the merchant/reseller technical development team on integration steps, assisting in resolving issues, responding to request/response message data items and similar steps to enable termination Complete the integration
Work with Digital Merchants to get Vendors / PTSPs / IT / OPS to effectively fulfill merchants service requests
Monitor merchants' use of the service and take corrective action
Report technical issues to IT and/or OPS for resolution
Work on assigned projects and tasks
Specific job skills:
Excellent understanding of point of sale, payment gateway and e-commerce ecosystem including acquisition of business management, merchants, digital and integration
In-depth understanding of and experience with integrations, technical product integration, troubleshooting techniques, knowledge about code/debugging/scripting/testing, analysis through Postman scripts, scripting for web and web servers is essential
Knowledge of ecom products such as Mastercard's MPGS and Cybersource.
Knowledge of integration of services such as EMV3DS, Contactless, Card Present, Tap-on-Phone, Transit, Fraud solutions with NuData or Brighterion products, Installment on Gateways a plus
Understanding the types of POS devices and POS system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia market
Passionate about conducting customer workshops, product/technology training in person or online, and engaging with technical counterparts
An enthusiastic learner who keeps abreast of industry trends, new technology and factors affecting e-commerce business
Ability to identify issues early on, and proactively resolve them directly or through escalation to appropriate partners
Experience of working across multiple levels, functions and areas; Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and business information in an easy-to-understand manner; Able to communicate messages effectively both orally and in writing
