الغرض من الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مسؤول تخطيط متمرس لقيادة وظيفة تخطيط المشاريع ودعم مدير التخطيط من خلال ضمان العمليات اليومية ، وجدولة ومراقبة تطور المشروع والتسليمات ، وربط العلاقات بين المقاولين والشركة ، وتقييم جميع أنواع المخاطر لضمان كفاءة التكلفة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
مسؤولية:
تطوير برامج مشاريع شاملة ومرتبطة بالمنطق للمشاريع التي تتضمن تحميل / التنبؤ بالموارد وتخطيط المواد وتحميل التكاليف والتنبؤ بالقيمة المكتسبة وإعداد التقارير.
الاتصال بفريق المشروع لتطوير الجدول الرئيسي العام.
مراجعة واعتماد خطط تنفيذ المقاولين.
مراقبة أداء المقاول وإبلاغ الفريق بأي انزلاق.
مراجعة واعتماد خطط التخفيف المقترحة.

المؤهلات والمهارات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
يفضل أن يكون معتمدًا من PMI-SP أو AACEi-PSP.

The purpose of the job
We are looking for an experienced Planning Officer to lead the Project Planning function and support the Planning Manager by ensuring day-to-day operations, scheduling and monitoring project development and deliverables, bridging contractor and company relationships, and assessing all types of risks to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.

Develop comprehensive, logic related project programs for projects that include resource loading/forecasting, material planning, costing, earned value forecasting and reporting.
Liaise with the project team to develop the overall master schedule.
Review and approval of contractors' implementation plans.
Monitor contractor performance and report any slippage to the team.
Review and approve proposed mitigation plans.
Evaluate potential schedule impacts associated with scope changes.
Evaluate EoT Claims.
Reporting on progress and associated offers.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
PMI-SP or AACEi-PSP certified preferred.
Minimum 7 years inclusive of 3 years in a similar role
Strong communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
