Lead Service Projects in Qatar – Join Us as a Service Project Manager!
The Service Project Manager is responsible for the execution of service orders for the compression fleet within the assigned customers/territory in the region. This includes planning, organizing, monitoring, and driving processes and resources to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget. The role also involves managing the backlog of service orders, maintaining customer contact during execution, and representing Compression Service to clients whenever needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in service or technical environments
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~20%)

متطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع، وخاصة في البيئات الخدمية أو التقنية
- مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وتحديد أولويات المهام بشكل فعال
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء
- الرغبة في السفر محليًا ودوليًا (~20٪)
