QA/QC Manager – Mechanical 

Requirements

Proven experience in managing quality assurance and quality control activities for mechanical works – Ability to develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures – Strong experience overseeing HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Drainage, Potable Water Systems, and associated mechanical installations – Full knowledge of international standards and codes including ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, ASME, and API – Ability to coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely closure of NCRs, RFIs, and corrective/preventive actions – Experience supervising QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers – Strong capability in conducting internal and subcontractor quality audits – Experience in reviewing mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, MIRs, WIRs, method statements, and test reports

Senior Architect 

Requirements

 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture – Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction-focused architectural projects – Proven ability to lead architectural design and project planning – Expertise in preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and design documentation – Strong coordination skills with engineers, contractors, and project managers – Ability to review and approve design changes and construction plans – Full knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards – Experience in mentoring junior architects and design staff – Ability to support project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning – Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
