2- Develop project and work stream plans , ensuring that all activities are identified , organized , and resourced to deliver the projects objectives.
3- Organize the projects delivery and ensure the execution within the timeframe.
4- draft project review reports , and presentations that include information , and recommendations for supporting the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agreement of change.
5- Help to deliver the required quality and innovate the solutions' that provide real value to the company.
6- Assessing and providing the risk identification , or risk avoidance strategies and other solutions to the business with external stakeholders and ensure resolving all high priority risks as they are encountered .

المهام الأساسية :
1-تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لاستكشاف فرص الاستثمار والتحالفات والمشاريع المشتركة الجديدة.
2- تطوير خطط المشروع ومسار العمل، والتأكد من تحديد جميع الأنشطة وتنظيمها وتوفير الموارد اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
3- تنظيم تسليم المشاريع والتأكد من تنفيذها ضمن الإطار الزمني.
4- صياغة تقارير مراجعة المشروع والعروض التقديمية التي تتضمن معلومات وتوصيات لدعم عملية المراجعة وتمكين أصحاب المصلحة من تقييم التقدم والاتفاق على التغيير.
5- المساعدة على تقديم الجودة المطلوبة وابتكار الحلول التي توفر قيمة حقيقية للشركة.
