Job Overview: Due to the continued growth of RGSGQ, we are looking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Head of Assessment and Data for the Secondary School. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious British International schools in the Middle East.
About the School: RGSGQ offers a co-educational British curriculum for children aged 3 to 18, and the school opened in September 2016. We have developed a strong partnership with RGS Guildford in the UK and offer a high-quality teaching environment with a strong emphasis on academic success and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the school’s assessment strategy and data use.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and heads of departments to ensure effective use of data for student progress.
- Develop data-driven approaches to teaching, learning, and intervention.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A commitment to student well-being.
- Must have a QTS certificate and passed ECT induction.
- Proven track record in assessment and data-driven strategies.
- Passion for teaching and learning with a creative, driven approach.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A certified teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in primary education and leadership, with knowledge of the British National Curriculum.
