Job Summary:
We are looking for an Experienced Structural Design Engineer to lead and coordinate the structural design and analysis of projects. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and review of structural calculations, drawings, and specifications, as well as providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the structural design and analysis of projects.
- Oversee the preparation and review of structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
- Diversified experience in multi-disciplinary projects, high-rise, commercial, hotels, hospitality, and shopping centers with big engineering consultancy firms.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop project requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and compliance with codes and standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure that all designs and construction documents comply with applicable codes and regulations.
- Review and respond to RFIs and change orders during the construction phase.
- Extensive experience with structural/civil analysis software, including RISA-3D, STAAD Pro, and ETABS, etc.
- UPDA / MMUP Grade A is mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Structural Engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural design engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with structural analysis and design software.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
- MMUP Grade A is a must.
- Preferably a resident in Qatar with NOC.

- التعاون مع المعماريين والمقاولين والعملاء لتطوير متطلبات المشاريع وحلول التصميم.
- إجراء زيارات تفقدية ومراجعات للمواقع لتقييم السلامة الهيكلية والامتثال للرموز والمعايير.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والموارد.
- ضمان توافق جميع التصاميم والمستندات الإنشائية مع الرموز واللوائح المعمول بها.
- مراجعة والرد على طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وأوامر التغيير خلال مرحلة البناء.
- خبرة واسعة في استخدام برامج التحليل الهيكلي/المدني، بما في ذلك RISA-3D، STAAD Pro وETABS وغيرها.
- الحصول على شهادة UPDA / MMUP درجة A أمر إلزامي.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية أو مجال مشابه.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في تصميم الهندسة الإنشائية.
- معرفة واسعة بالرموز والمعايير واللوائح البنائية.
- خبرة في استخدام برامج التحليل والتصميم الهيكلي.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والقيادة.
- قدرة على إدارة المشاريع والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- شهادة MMUP درجة A مطلوبة.
- يفضل أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في قطر مع NOC.
