Sales and marketing coordinator
We are Looking for a sales and marketing coordinator 3- 5 years of experience , Qatar RP with NOC is a must , holding a driving license .
Responsibilities:
- Maintain databases and prepare reports. Manage sales team schedules and calendars.
- Implement marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns; planned and organized promotional presentations
- Support sales team and director by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, new product information, and relaying customer service requests.
- Create and manage monthly and quarterly reports.
- Assist the management, operation, and sales department on its overall sales operations and strategies to offer products and services that would increase the company's revenues and profitability.
- Prepare and sustain business reports, sales pipeline, projects pipeline, monthly accrual and follow up on payment submission, procurement reconciliation report.
-Produce offers and contracts to clients.

المسؤوليات:
- صيانة قواعد البيانات وإعداد التقارير وإدارة جداول وتقويمات فريق المبيعات.
- تنفيذ الحملات التسويقية والإعلانية والترويجية؛ والتخطيط للعروض الترويجية وتنظيمها
- دعم فريق المبيعات والمدير من خلال توفير بيانات المبيعات واتجاهات السوق والتوقعات ومعلومات المنتج الجديد ونقل طلبات خدمة العملاء.
- إنشاء وإدارة التقارير الشهرية والربع سنوية.
- مساعدة إدارة العمليات والمبيعات في عمليات المبيعات الشاملة واستراتيجياتها لتقديم المنتجات والخدمات التي من شأنها زيادة إيرادات الشركة وربحيتها.
- إعداد التقارير التجارية ودعمها، وخط أنابيب المبيعات، وخط أنابيب المشاريع، والاستحقاقات الشهرية ومتابعة تقديم الدفع، وتقرير تسوية المشتريات.
