درجة جامعية في الهندسة أو إدارة الجودة أو تخصص ذي صلة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في شركات هندسية متعددة الجنسيات، وتحديدًا في مجال التحكم في التكاليف وخبرة الإدارة عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
الخبرة في إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالجدول الزمني والتكلفة ومراقبتها وإعداد التقارير عنها
من المفيد أن يكون لديك خبرة واسعة في عقود PM/CM الهامة.

ما هي المهارات المطلوبة التي سوف تحضرها؟

- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة مثل الهندسة المعمارية / التصميم أو الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معتمدة بموافقة المهندس.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، منها 7 سنوات في إدارة BIM، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي BIM، وتطوير BIM للأعمال المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية.
يجب على المرشح الناجح أن يثبت قدرته على التسليم السريع لمشاريع مماثلة.
- إلمام كامل بالإجراءات والنماذج والتنسيقات القياسية المستخدمة في هيئة الأشغال العامة.

22. مدير أصحاب المصلحة/الواجهة

ما هي المهارات المطلوبة التي سوف تحضرها؟

- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة معتمدة مع مؤهلات مهنية من مؤسسة دولية معترف بها ومع سجلات التطوير المهني كلها كما هو معتمد من قبل المهندس.
حد أدنى 15 سنة من الخبرة بعد التخرج وقابلة للإثبات، منها 7 سنوات يجب أن تكون قد تعاملت مع مراجعات التصميم، وتحليل تضارب المرافق، والإشراف على البناء وإدارة الواجهة لمشاريع البناء المدني واسعة النطاق المماثلة مع أصحاب المصلحة، والوكالات الحكومية المحلية، والمنظمات، والإدارات في مشاريع بناء البنية التحتية الكبيرة وما إلى ذلك.
من المتطلبات الأساسية أن يكون لديك بعض الخبرة السابقة في تصميم و/أو مراجعة شبكات الصرف الصحي و/أو شبكات المياه السطحية والجوفية المماثلة المقدمة في إطار مشاريع التصميم والبناء.

خبرة عملية في تنفيذ مشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية.
