Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of solid experience in Manpower Projects Management, particularly at a management level within the oil & gas industry.
- Extensive experience in EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning), sales in oil & gas, shutdowns, and manpower supply projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervision and Control: Oversee DOPET project operations, respond to client manpower needs, supervise attendance and timesheets, ensure invoicing accuracy, and manage client relationships.
- Cost Control: Monitor departmental costs and forecast budgets for manpower projects.
- Staffing Management: Ensure continuity by managing staffing, interviewing candidates, and overseeing resource availability.
- Training Development: Identify training needs and maintain personnel records.
- Management Team Engagement: Address priorities from the General Manager and ensure active engagement in relevant meetings.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improving systems and processes for greater efficiency.

- الإشراف والتحكم: الإشراف على عمليات مشاريع DOPET، تلبية احتياجات القوى العاملة للعملاء، الإشراف على الحضور وكشوف الوقت، ضمان دقة الفواتير، وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء.
- التحكم في التكاليف: مراقبة تكاليف القسم والتنبؤ بالميزانيات لمشاريع القوى العاملة.
- إدارة التوظيف: ضمان استمرارية العمل من خلال إدارة التوظيف، مقابلة المرشحين، والإشراف على توفر الموارد.
