• Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience, defining objectives, identifying key channels, and setting KPIs.

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content that supports the digital marketing strategy, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.

• SEO & SEM: Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility, and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize ROI.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights to management, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms while engaging with the audience and managing social media advertising campaigns.

• Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage the digital marketing budget for maximum impact.

• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on strategy creation and execution.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing strategies. Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.

• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Qatar.

• التعليم: درجة البكاليوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة.

• الخبرة: 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في التسويق الرقمي، مع التركيز على إنشاء الاستراتيجيات وتنفيذها.
