Job Title: Fit Out Engineer
Location: Doha
Job Description
Kate Facility Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Fit-Out Engineer to join our team for our project in Kate Mall, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating fit-out projects, ensuring all technical aspects are addressed.
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and documents.
- Ensure conformance of tenants and contractors to the mall fit-out manual and procedures.
- Oversee the installation and quality of fit-out works, including finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards for the mall common area projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the fit-out process.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspections, testing, and project progress.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project handovers and quality control purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in mall fit-out projects or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of MEP.
- Strong knowledge of reading MEP drawings.
- Proficient in technical drawings, project specifications, and quality control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools.

تسعى شركة كيت لإدارة المرافق لتوظيف مهندس تجهيز ماهر ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مشروعنا في كيت مول، قطر. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على الجوانب الفنية لمشاريع التجهيز، وضمان تنفيذها وفقًا لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- المساعدة في التخطيط وتنسيق مشاريع التجهيز، وضمان معالجة جميع الجوانب الفنية.
- مراجعة وتفسير مواصفات المشروع والرسومات والمستندات.
- التأكد من التزام المستأجرين والمقاولين بدليل وإجراءات تجهيز المول.
- الإشراف على تركيب وجودة أعمال التجهيز، بما في ذلك التشطيبات والتجهيزات.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية لمراقبة التقدم وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات التصميم والمعايير لمشاريع المناطق المشتركة في المول.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين الفرعيين والموردين والأطراف المعنية الأخرى لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب للمواد والخدمات.
- تحديد وحل القضايا الفنية التي قد تنشأ أثناء عملية التجهيز.
- التأكد من تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقًا للوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
- إعداد وصيانة سجلات مفصلة للتفتيشات والاختبارات وتقدم المشروع.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير والمستندات لعمليات تسليم المشروع وأغراض مراقبة الجودة.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العمارة أو التصميم الداخلي أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات في مشاريع تجهيز المولات أو أدوار مشابهة.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير وتجهيزات المولات.
- معرفة قوية في الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية (MEP).
- معرفة قوية بقراءة رسومات الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- إتقان الرسومات الفنية ومواصفات المشروع وعمليات مراقبة الجودة.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- قدرات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
- القدرة على العمل بفاعلية في بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة الوتيرة.
- الإلمام بالبرامج والأدوات ذات الصلة.
