Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, operate, and maintain specialist tools and equipment required for HVOF coating operations.
Perform surface preparation processes, including grinding and abrasive blasting.
Operate six-axis robotic HVOF Thermal Spray equipment.
Conduct quality control measures, including pull tests and thickness verification.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and QHSE policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with formal training in HVOF thermal spray coating.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers).
Certification to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

تشغيل معدات رش حراري HVOF الروبوتية ذات الستة محاور.
إجراء قياسات مراقبة الجودة، بما في ذلك اختبارات الشد والتحقق من السماكة.

المؤهلات:
