Purpose
Responsible for all activities necessary for Material Preservation in a large-scale site construction environment.
Functions
- Conduct surveillance, inspection, and auditing of project preservation programs.
- Perform routine inspections on materials from receipt through the commissioning phase to ensure preservation standards and prevent degradation.

Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose
Ensure Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards are maintained.
Functions
- Oversee SHE regulatory compliance and performance during installation and construction phases.
- Promote on-site safety awareness and safe practices with contractors and Project Management Teams.
- Facilitate Safety Observations, implement IIF programs, and conduct periodic safety campaigns.
- Conduct management site inspections and walkabouts to support a culture of safety.
Crawler Technician (Fixed Term - 2 Years)
Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose
Conduct all required Crawler Technician activities, assist Level II technician in daily field operations, and provide technical and manual support as needed.
Functions
- Subject expert for Inspection contracts, conducting risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Maintain equipment certifications, ensure cleanliness, and complete necessary documentation.
- Facilitate ongoing contract continuity by preparing equipment for subsequent shifts.
- Ensure completion of all paperwork and client work sheets, submitting them promptly to the Project team.
- Promote a strong HSE culture and uphold safety standards in all tasks.
Senior Piping Welding Inspector
Functions
Weld Procedures
- Review WPS, PQRS, and welder qualifications.
- Verify correct WPS application per weld map and observe mechanical/radiographic testing of qualifications.
Visual Inspection
- Prepare base material edges and align joints properly.
- Ensure correct use of consumables and thorough cleaning between weld passes.
- Monitor preheat, PWHT set-up, and performance, and verify welders' identifications on completed welds.
Nondestructive Testing
- Oversee radiography techniques and review, dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, hardness tests, PMI tests, on-site chemical testing, crack-depth indications, and additional NDE tests as needed.
Shop Inspection
- Ensure proper handling of consumables and review MTRs for materials.
- Monitor shop-welding documentation and inspect material handling, cladding processes, and clad materials.
Pressure Testing
- Confirm piping schedules, plumbing, and leveling in piping systems.
Other Tasks
- Review Discipline Quality Control Documentation for completeness.
- For Structural Fabrication Welding Inspection: Verify structural component dimensions and welding of appurtenances like ladders and walkways.
- For Piping Fabrication Welding Inspection: Confirm piping schedules, plumbing, and leveling.
