1. QA/QC Electrical Engineer
Minimum Requirements:
- B.E Electrical
- ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor certified.
- Minimum 7 years GCC experience in QA/QC
- Transferable visa with NOC
- Preference will be given to one who can join immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall QA/QC functions in the project.
- Familiar with quality control inspections, documentation, FAT, and inspection approvals.
- Able to deal with external vendors and subcontractors for all quality closeouts.
- Must have experience with QF quality requirements.

2. Demi Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Respect and follow the food recipes, method of cooking, and presentation.
- Organize the opening and closing of the workstation.
- Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in daily operations and work.
- Work according to the menu specifications.
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the restaurant.
- Control food stock and food cost.
- Follow instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation.
- Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation.

3. Commis II
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and taking instructions from the Chef de Partie.
- Maintaining proper hygiene standards and ensuring that the workstation remains clean at all times.
- Preparing meal ingredients, which include seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.

4. Multiskilled Technician (MEP)
Minimum Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years' GCC experience in maintenance
- Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
- General knowledge of Air conditioning & ventilation systems, HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, blowers, water tanks, pressure vessels, electrical control panels, LV Panels, generators, etc.

- يجب أن تكون لديه خبرة بمتطلبات جودة QF.

- دعم طاهٍ القسم أو الشيف المساعد في العمليات اليومية والعمل.
- العمل وفقًا لمواصفات القائمة.
- الحفاظ على منطقة العمل في جميع الأوقات وفقًا للقواعد التي وضعتها المطعم.
- التحكم في مخزون الطعام وتكاليف الطعام.
- اتباع التعليمات والتوصيات من المشرفين المباشرين لإكمال المهام اليومية.
- ضمان أعلى المعايير والجودة المتسقة في التحضير اليومي.
- توجيه وقيادة المرؤوسين خلال متطلباتهم اليومية في إعداد الطعام.

3. مساعد طاهٍ II
المسؤوليات:
- المساعدة وأخذ التعليمات من طاهٍ القسم.
- الحفاظ على معايير النظافة المناسبة وضمان بقاء مكان العمل نظيفًا في جميع الأوقات.
- إعداد مكونات الوجبات، بما في ذلك تتبيل أنواع مختلفة من اللحوم وكذلك غسل وتقشير وتقطيع الخضروات والفواكه.
- إعداد السلطات والصوصات الأساسية حسب توجيهات طاهٍ القسم.
- استلام التسليمات والتحقق من أن جميع العناصر المطلوبة قد تم تسليمها وأنها ذات جودة جيدة.
- إجراء جرد لوازم المطعم وإخطار المشرف بالمخزون المنخفض أو المستنفد.
- التخلص من جميع المواد الغذائية المنتهية الصلاحية والتالفة المخزنة في غرف التخزين والثلاجات والمجمدات.

- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في الصيانة
- معرفة بالصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والصيانة الخاصة بجميع المعدات الكهربائية والسباكة و HVAC
- معرفة عامة بأنظمة تكييف الهواء والتهوية، معدات HVAC، المضخات، المحركات، المراوح، خزانات المياه، وعاء الضغط، لوحات التحكم الكهربائية، لوحات LV، المولدات، وما إلى ذلك.
