Job Opportunity: Kitchen and Laundry Technician ↔ Join Our Hospitality Team
Are you an experienced technician with expertise in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance?
We are looking for skilled Kitchen and Laundry Technicians to join our hospitality team. If you have the necessary experience in these areas, we invite you to be a part of our exciting journey to tackle global challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Ensure all kitchen and laundry equipment is in good working condition and perform regular maintenance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Follow the maintenance schedule for all kitchen and laundry equipment, ensuring they remain fully functional.
- Daily Checks: Inspect kitchen and laundry equipment daily for proper functioning.
- Cold Rooms/Walk-ins: Perform daily checks and readings of cold rooms and walk-ins in kitchens.
- Laundry Maintenance: Maintain laundry steam generators, including blow-down and other essential checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at work.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness at the work site and after the completion of tasks.
- Spare Parts: Assist Duty Engineers in preparing spare parts lists for kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Energy Conservation: Follow energy conservation protocols to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Technical Skills: Understand refrigeration cycles and analyze faults in kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and cooling systems (refrigerators, cookers, washing machines, etc.).
- Repairs: Repair electrical and mechanical faults in kitchen equipment to ensure systems are operational.
Requirements
- Must possess relevant experience in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and basic electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose faults and repair a wide range of kitchen equipment and cooling systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

- الامتثال للسلامة: الالتزام بجميع اللوائح الخاصة بالسلامة في العمل.
- النظافة: الحفاظ على النظافة في مكان العمل بعد إتمام الأعمال.
- أجزاء الغيار: مساعدة مهندسي المناوبات في إعداد قوائم قطع الغيار للمعدات.
- الطاقة: اتباع برنامج توفير الطاقة لتقليل الفاقد وتحقيق الكفاءة.
- المهارات الفنية: فهم دورة التبريد وتحليل الأعطال في معدات المطبخ وأنظمة التبريد (الثلاجات، الطباخات، الغسالات، وغيرها).
- الإصلاحات: إصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية في المعدات لضمان أن الأنظمة تعمل بشكل طبيعي.
المتطلبات
- يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة ذات صلة في صيانة معدات المطبخ والغسيل، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الضيافة.
- معرفة قوية بدورات التبريد والأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية الأساسية.
- القدرة على تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاح مجموعة واسعة من المعدات المطبخية وأنظمة التبريد.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فريق.
- مهارات حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.
