The Armaments, Avionics & Survival Equipment Workshop Controller ensures all off-aircraft maintenance work adheres to approved data and quality standards. Reporting to the Deputy Depth Maintenance Manager, this role oversees the organisation, administration, and efficiency of Part 145 Bay Operations. The position demands a high-level understanding of armament and avionic trades, coupled with tactical thinking to adapt to an evolving environment shaped by customer needs and product customisation.
Core Responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of Armament & Avionic workshop methodologies.
- Setting up aircraft bays.
- Ensuring off-aircraft maintenance aligns with approved standards.
- Tactical planning to adapt to changing customer and product requirements.
- Interacting with Qatari Air Force (QAF) support staff and customers.
- Providing data and statistics for Operational Performance Review.
Requirements
- Minimum HNC in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to apply them to R&MP processes.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Expertise in condition monitoring techniques and predictive maintenance.
- Detailed understanding of reliability programs and their impact on operational planning.
- Proficient in IT and driving license required.

The Data Integrity SME supports the Data Integrity Team Leader in managing all Data Integrity activities. The role involves providing expertise for Continuing Airworthiness Records management and ensuring operational efficiency while minimising costs.
Core Responsibilities
- Producing and delivering technical data for maintenance programs.
- Managing data analysis and issue resolution.
- Leading interfaces with design organisations, OEMs, and Part 145 stakeholders.
- Developing performance indicators for aircraft and component records.
- Reconciling and maintaining configuration and quality of records.
Requirements
- Proficiency in analysing and managing Continuing Airworthiness Records.
