We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer to join our team and take a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge chatbot solution. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional user experiences through meticulous testing and quality assurance practices.
Location: Remote within the EU
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and machine learning engineers to deliver a robust and user-friendly chatbot.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
- Perform manual testing on determined data products, identifying and documenting defects and inconsistencies.
- Log, track, and report bugs and issues using JIRA, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
- Maintain and improve the quality of our codebase.
- Author and review pull requests using GitHub for effective code collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a QA Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including S3, RDS, API Gateway, Lambda, ECR, and CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Good English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams development.
- Familiarity with generative AI.

المسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد الوظائف من المطورين، مهندسي البيانات، ومهندسي التعلم الآلي لتقديم دردشة آلية قوية وسهلة الاستخدام.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الاختبار، حالات الاختبار، والسكربتات بناءً على المتطلبات والمواصفات.
- إجراء اختبارات يدوية على المنتجات المحددة من البيانات، وتحديد وتوثيق العيوب والتناقضات.
- تسجيل وتتبع والإبلاغ عن الأخطاء والمشكلات باستخدام JIRA، مع ضمان وجود توثيق واضح ومفصل.
- الحفاظ على وتحسين جودة قاعدة الشيفرة لدينا.
- كتابة ومراجعة طلبات السحب باستخدام GitHub من أجل التعاون الفعال في الشيفرة.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتحسين عمليات وضمان الجودة والأدوات والمنهجيات.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل كـ مهندس ضمان الجودة.
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية.
- إلمام بمنهجيات وأدوات وممارسات الاختبار.
- إتقان Python و TypeScript.
- معرفة بخدمات AWS السحابية، بما في ذلك S3، RDS، API Gateway، Lambda، ECR، وCloudFormation.
- إتقان قواعد بيانات SQL و NoSQL.
- مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
المؤهلات المفضلة
