The Project and Your Role:
We are seeking a Shopify Plus Tech Lead to drive the development of a cutting-edge B2C eCommerce platform in North America. As a key member of the team, you will lead the creation of a top-tier Shopify Plus solution leveraging the latest features, including Hydrogen and Liquid. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, guiding a team of senior developers and collaborating directly with the client's technical and business stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions for the Shopify Plus platform.
- Oversee a team of senior developers, providing mentorship and code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate directly with the client's technical and business teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and defend architectural decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify Plus features and headless frontend technologies, implementing best-in-class solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with headless CMS platforms such as Contentstack, Contentful, or Sanity.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, ensuring alignment on project goals and resource allocation.
- Review existing technical landscapes and propose enhancements to improve scalability and performance.
- Act as a bridge between the digital agency and the client, ensuring transparent communication and project success.
Your Skills:
- 4 - 5+ years of experience with Shopify Plus, including mastery of Liquid and Hydrogen frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of headless frontend architecture and Node.js development.
- Proficiency with headless CMS platforms such as Contentstack, Contentful, or Sanity.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading teams of senior developers.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and presenting complex solutions in an accessible manner.

The Project and Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FirstSpirit Solution Architect to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Software Development Industry. In this role, you'll take ownership of project outcomes, guide technical implementations, and help define architectures to drive customer success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead team meetings with project managers to discuss new initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure proper staffing for projects.
- Oversee project budgets, track developer time entries, and manage offers/invoices through BCS to maintain financial control.
- Take full ownership of small to medium project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Efficiently organize personal tasks and deadlines while accurately estimating project effort and resources.
- Provide expert support for customer projects and guide new customers through technical onboarding in the cloud.
- Act as the architect and project manager for customer implementations, ensuring project success from start to finish.
- Deliver architecture training sessions for customers and partners, while offering valuable feedback and customer insights to the product team.
- Map the functional requirements of the customer to a technical architecture within the Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
Your Skills:
- Fluency in English and German.
- Familiarity with CMS systems and their concepts (FirstSpirit preferred).
- Experience with both frontend and backend technologies, including React, JavaScript, Java.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and present technical solutions.
- Ability to translate functional requirements (from customers) into technical requirements (for developers).
