We are seeking a skilled and committed Fireman to join our team in Qatar. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in protecting lives and property while advancing your career in a supportive environment!
Job Description and Responsibilities
The selected Fireman will handle critical safety and emergency response duties, including:
- Day-to-day operation and user-maintenance of the fire tender.
- Quick deployment and utilization of the fire tender during emergencies.
- Routine inspection and maintenance of emergency and rescue equipment inside the fire tender.
- Conducting preventive maintenance checks on fire-related equipment across the plant, using provided checklists.
- Maintaining records of emergency equipment and notifying supervisors about defects or inspection needs, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Addressing and closing electronic work requests related to assigned duties.
- Preparing weekly and monthly activity reports using templates.
- Adhering to plant emergency procedures and encouraging compliance among colleagues.
- Responding to fire alarms and providing standby support during fire risk-critical activities.
- Assisting in procuring or replacing fire-related safety equipment by notifying supervisors.
- Delivering internal training on emergency response and fire prevention.
- Participating actively in emergency drills.
- Coordinating with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) for quick response during emergencies.
- Attending training courses to enhance skills and improve duty delivery.
Qualifications, Experience, and General Requirements
- Proven experience in fire safety and emergency response operations.
- Strong knowledge of operating and maintaining fire tenders and related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in coordination with emergency teams.
- Commitment to safety protocols and continuous professional development.
- Relevant certifications and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

سيتولى الإطفائي المختار مهام حيوية تتعلق بالسلامة والاستجابة للطوارئ، بما في ذلك:

- الانتشار السريع واستخدام سيارة الإطفاء أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
- الفحص والصيانة الروتينية لمعدات الطوارئ والإنقاذ داخل سيارة الإطفاء.
- إجراء فحوصات الصيانة الوقائية على المعدات المتعلقة بالإطفاء في المنشأة باستخدام قوائم التحقق المتوفرة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المعدات الطارئة وإبلاغ المشرفين عن أي عيوب أو حاجة للتفتيش، ومتابعة الإجراءات اللازمة.
- معالجة وإغلاق الطلبات الإلكترونية المتعلقة بمهام العمل.
- إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية للأنشطة باستخدام القوالب المتوفرة.
- الالتزام بإجراءات الطوارئ الخاصة بالموقع وتشجيع الزملاء على الامتثال.
- الاستجابة لنداءات الإنذار بالحريق وتقديم الدعم أثناء الأنشطة الحرجة المتعلقة بمخاطر الحرائق.
- المساعدة في شراء أو استبدال معدات السلامة المتعلقة بالإطفاء من خلال إبلاغ المشرفين بالحاجات.
