A prestigious 450+ room hotel in Nigeria is seeking an experienced Resident Manager to oversee its operations. This includes multiple food and beverage outlets and a major exhibition centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in large hotel operations, particularly in Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of rooms, food & beverage outlets, and event facilities.
- Ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor department teams, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Support the General Manager, acting as deputy in their absence and making key strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with hotel’s quality, safety, and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in managing large hotels or resorts, ideally in Africa.
- Strong operational expertise in F&B, guest services, and event management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
