Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database software for EBS environments, including database instances, tablespaces, and other required objects.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize database performance for seamless operations.
- Backup & Recovery: Develop and manage robust backup and recovery strategies.
- Security Management: Ensure database security through user access controls and compliance measures.
- Patch & Upgrade Management: Apply patches and upgrades to maintain system reliability.
- Capacity Planning: Forecast and allocate resources for future database requirements.
- Database Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain database health.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Address and resolve database issues promptly.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Oracle DBA with EBS environments.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic or English (depending on the role).
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Qatar.
