MongoDB is seeking a Technical Content & Partnerships Strategist to join their Technical Marketing team in Developer Relations. This role will focus on strengthening MongoDB's presence within the tech ecosystem by building relationships with online content platforms, programming language communities, and developer hubs.

Expectations:

As a Technical Content & Partnerships Strategist, your responsibilities will include:

• Expanding MongoDB’s presence within technical communities by sourcing and establishing solid, long-lasting relationships with third-party content platforms, programming communities, external forums, and developer hubs.
• Developing and implementing outreach strategies to connect with key influencers and community leaders, enabling content collaboration.
• Collaborating on content strategy that aligns with MongoDB's goals and resonates with the developer community.
• Supporting Developer Advocates and other internal stakeholders by helping create content that resonates with their respective communities.
• Managing partnerships with third-party channels, serving as the primary point of contact for support, resources, and updates.
• Improving SEO visibility by working with an editor to design and implement best practices for SEO and content discoverability.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in community management, developer relations, technical content management, or partnership development within the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, programming languages & frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, PHP, Python), and the associated communities.
• Knowledge of developer/Q&A forums like Reddit, StackOverflow, and Quora.
• Proven ability to thrive in collaborative environments, engaging effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Track record of successfully building partnerships with developer communities.
• Excellent written and communication skills, preferably tailored to a technical audience.

Nice to Have:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (coding bootcamps/traineeship).
• Experience with databases, developer tools, or cloud providers.
• Marketing experience, particularly related to GenAI.
• Basic understanding of SEO tools and experience optimizing content for increased visibility and engagement.

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الوصول للتواصل مع المؤثرين الرئيسيين وقادة المجتمعات لتمكين التعاون في المحتوى.
• التعاون في استراتيجية المحتوى التي تتماشى مع أهداف MongoDB وتتناسب مع مجتمع المطورين.
• دعم Advocates المطورين والجهات الداخلية الأخرى من خلال مساعدتهم في إنشاء محتوى يتناغم مع مجتمعاتهم.
• إدارة الشراكات مع القنوات الخارجية، والعمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية لتقديم الدعم والموارد والتحديثات.
