AWP Engineer - TECNIMONT ↔

Are you ready to play a key role in implementing advanced work packaging (AWP) methodology on large-scale projects? TECNIMONT is looking for a skilled AWP Engineer to collaborate with our AWP Champion and Group Leader to implement AWP processes and deliverables across assigned projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to project efficiency and innovation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• AWP Plan Development: Collaborate with the AWP Champion and AWP Group Leader during the definition of the Project AWP plan and actively participate in its implementation.
• Path of Construction and Schedule Development: Assist in the development of the Path of Construction and Construction Schedule, ensuring follow-up on the relevant action list.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and finalize AWP-related project documentation by gathering information from relevant technical disciplines.
• AWP Tools Setup: Set up and manage tools for implementing AWP within the assigned project(s).
• Information Flow Management: Manage and prepare information flow on EWP (Engineered Work Packages) and PWP (Procured Work Packages) for site applications.
• AWP Monitoring: Assist in monitoring the AWP implementation as per the AWP Project Plan.
• Collaboration and Improvement: Support AWP Champion and Group Leader in refining and improving AWP practices and procedures.

• Participate in the implementation of the AWP methodology under the guidance of the AWP Champion, Site Manager, and Construction Manager.
• Ensure the flow of actual data (IWP produced by subcontractors) is reported accurately to Project Control.

• إدارة تدفق المعلومات: إدارة وإعداد تدفق المعلومات على EWP (حزم العمل الهندسية) و PWP (حزم العمل المشتراة) لتطبيقاتها في الموقع.
• مراقبة AWP: المساعدة في مراقبة تنفيذ AWP وفقًا لخطة مشروع AWP.
• التعاون والتحسين: دعم أبطال AWP وقادة المجموعات في تحسين ممارسات AWP وإجراءاتها.

• المشاركة في تنفيذ منهجية AWP تحت إشراف أبطال AWP ومدير الموقع ومدير البناء.
• ضمان تدفق البيانات الفعلية (IWP التي ينتجها المقاولون) والإبلاغ عنها بدقة إلى مراقبة المشروع.
