We are seeking a Restaurant Cost Controller with a minimum of 4 years of experience in cost control, specifically in the Qatar restaurant market. The ideal candidate should have expertise in menu costing, yield testing, and experience working in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Cost Controller focusing on restaurants in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of Menu Costing and Engineering
- Proficient in Yield Testing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a relevant field is strongly preferred
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID and NOC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills

- معرفة قوية في حساب تكاليف القائمة و الهندسة
- إتقان في اختبار العائد
- يفضل أن يكون لديك درجة بكالوريوس في المالية أو مجال ذي صلة
- متاح محلياً في قطر ولديك بطاقة هوية قطرية و إذن عدم ممانعة (NOC)
- إتقان مهارات Microsoft Office
