Job Description

The responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers for sales, distribution, merchandising, stock rotation, and cash collection.
• Supervising truck helpers/delivery assistants directly.
• Assisting in onboarding new recruits as required.
• Enhancing the share of shelf and excellence in marketing activity execution.
• Achieving individual sales targets (cash and credit), merchandising, and market servicing.
• Following the journey plan to ensure assigned customers are serviced efficiently.
• Updating the trade asset database and providing accurate reports on competitive activities.
• Reporting on new store openings.
• Providing leave coverage when needed and executing product introductions/promotions.
• Allocating appropriate time for each customer to ensure efficiency.
• Reporting distribution and customer issues to the next level.
• Working towards achieving set objectives to align with departmental and strategic goals.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Sales, Business, or relevant field.
• Experience: 4–5 years of sales experience in FMCG/beverages/snacks industry.
• Skills:
  • Excellent sales and customer interaction skills.
  • Proficiency in stock rotation and cash collection.
  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze market trends.
• Driving License: A valid medium Qatari driving license is mandatory.
• Languages: Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
