Job Listing: Workshop Supervisor at Garage Express

Position: Workshop Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR 5,000 – QAR 6,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workshop Management:

   • Supervise the repair and maintenance operations for vehicles and equipment.
   • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
   • Manage the inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
   • Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and within specified timelines.

2. PMV Coordination:

   • Manage the PMV fleet and track its schedule of use.
   • Coordinate with the logistics in-charge to efficiently meet operational needs.
   • Monitor the performance and condition of PMV assets, arranging necessary repairs or replacements.
   • Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, maintenance, and inspections.

3. Team Leadership:

   • Supervise and train workshop staff, including technicians and mechanics.
   • Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure optimal productivity.
   • Foster a safe and collaborative working environment.

4. Safety and Compliance:

   • Enforce adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
   • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments within the workshop.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.

5. Administrative Duties:

   • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
   • Prepare operational reports, including cost analysis, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
   • Budget and manage costs associated with workshop operations.

3. قيادة الفريق:

   • الإشراف على تدريب الفنيين والميكانيكيين.
   • توزيع المهام ومراقبة الأداء لضمان الإنتاجية المثلى.
   • تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة وتعاونية.

4. السلامة والامتثال:

   • تطبيق معايير السلامة والبروتوكولات التنظيمية.
