Position: Marketing Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Market Insight & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in Qatar's power and infrastructure sectors.
- Business Development & Marketing: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s engineering services, targeting clients like KAHRAMAA, PWA (Ashghal), QatarEnergy, and its subsidiaries.
- Project & Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of tenders. Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure smooth transitions from project acquisition to execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understand their needs, position our services effectively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and market data to refine marketing strategies and improve our service offerings.

- رؤى وتحليل السوق: إجراء بحث سوقي شامل لتحديد الاتجاهات الناشئة، أنشطة المنافسين، والفرص المحتملة ضمن قطاع الطاقة والبنية التحتية في قطر.
- تطوير الأعمال والتسويق: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تسويقية استراتيجية للترويج لخدمات الشركة الهندسية، مع استهداف العملاء مثل "كهرماء"، "أشغال"، "قطر للطاقة" والشركات التابعة لها.
- إدارة المشاريع والعطاءات: قيادة إعداد وتقديم العطاءات. التعاون الوثيق مع فريق إدارة المشاريع لضمان الانتقال السلس من الاستحواذ على المشروع إلى تنفيذه.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء: بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين، وفهم احتياجاتهم، وتقديم خدماتنا بشكل فعال، وضمان رضا العملاء.
- التحسين المستمر: جمع وتحليل ملاحظات العملاء وبيانات السوق لتطوير استراتيجيات التسويق وتحسين عروض خدماتنا.
