Key Responsibilities
- Address all customer inquiries via calls, messages, and social media platforms.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers.
- Support the sales team in up-selling and cross-selling products and services.
- Translate product-related information for the website.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- التعامل مع جميع استفسارات العملاء عبر المكالمات، الرسائل، ومنصات الوسائط الاجتماعية.
- بناء ورعاية علاقات مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
- دعم فريق المبيعات في الترويج والبيع الإضافي للمنتجات والخدمات.
- ترجمة المعلومات المتعلقة بالمنتجات للموقع الإلكتروني.
