Charging Systems Service Engineer
About this Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Ericsson Charging System Expert to coordinate, manage, execute, and provide reactive maintenance activities. This role ensures that services provided to customers are continuously available and meet the performance levels defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
What You Will Do
- Serve as a point of transfer for technical knowledge, leveraging Ericsson's local presence and global expertise.
- Provide full technical support to customers.
- Offer technical and marketing consultancy, including design, new features, and implementation (Solution Architect).
- Conduct feasibility studies for new features and services requested by the Marketing department or other departments.
- Develop implementation and testing plans for new promotions and services.
- Make business configuration changes and implement them in EC21 nodes (SDP, AIR, ECMS, NG-VS, OCC, and CBA-CCN).
- Provide knowledge transfer to designated Ooredoo engineers.
- Conduct and conclude implementation analyses to resolve service, operational, and technical needs, enabling Ericsson to deliver optimal solutions.
- Design and integrate solutions to meet specific business, operational, and technical requirements, based on the agreed scope.
- Install, configure, and commission integrated systems according to the requirements outlined in the agreed scope.
You Will Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom) or equivalent.
- 7-15 years of experience in Charging Systems, including developing new changes and resolving production issues.
- Expertise in detailed issue tracking, health checks, and resolving integration issues.
- Knowledge of hardware and software interoperability, system migration execution, upgrade assistance, and deployment activities.
- Proficiency in systems monitoring and managing fallout order reconciliation.
- Knowledge base entry and routing tickets to level 3 support.
- Knowledge of managed service telecom operations practices and strong knowledge-sharing skills.
- Ericsson-specific expertise.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
- Strong analytical skills, team collaboration, and ability to innovate and apply expertise in technology.

ما الذي ستجلبه
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة (تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الاتصالات) أو ما يعادلها.
- من 7 إلى 15 عامًا من الخبرة في نظم الشحن، بما في ذلك تطوير التغييرات الجديدة وحل مشكلات الإنتاج.
- خبرة في تتبع القضايا التفصيلية، والفحوصات الصحية، وحل مشكلات التكامل.
- معرفة بالتشغيل المتداخل للأجهزة والبرامج، تنفيذ الهجرة، المساعدة في الترقية، وأنشطة النشر.
- إتقان في مراقبة الأنظمة وإدارة استرداد أوامر الأخطاء.
