In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing project interfaces, ensuring that all aspects of the construction process align with the objectives, requirements, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all technical construction interfaces, ensuring a comprehensive, multi-functional review of all requests.
- Ensure the project meets its objectives, requirements, budget, and schedule.
- Identify, develop, coordinate, expedite, and oversee the closure of both internal and external project interface issues.
- Collaborate with various parts of the organization and PMT members to facilitate project execution.
- Provide guidance and support, applying your expertise to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance.
- Report directly to the Project Interface Manager, assisting in the management and smooth running of project interfaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Analyze viable solutions using standard procedures and promote continuous learning within the organization.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة جميع واجهات الإنشاءات الفنية، وضمان مراجعة شاملة ومتعددة الوظائف لجميع الطلبات.
- ضمان تحقيق المشروع لأهدافه ومتطلباته وميزانيته وجدوله الزمني.
- تحديد وتطوير وتنسيق وتسريع وإغلاق القضايا الداخلية والخارجية الخاصة بواجهة المشروع.
- التعاون مع مختلف أجزاء المنظمة وأعضاء PMT لتسهيل تنفيذ المشروع.
- تقديم الإرشادات والدعم، وتطبيق خبرتك لحل المشكلات الفنية وتحقيق الأداء الأمثل للمشروع.
- تقديم تقارير مباشرة إلى مدير واجهة المشروع، والمساعدة في إدارة سير العمل السلس لواجهات المشروع.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
- تحليل الحلول الممكنة باستخدام الإجراءات القياسية وتعزيز التعلم المستمر داخل المنظمة.
