Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Develop Dredging philosophy for all McDermott projects and tenders in the Middle East
Estimate cost and schedule for all Dredging tenders of McDermott in the Middle East
Delivery of Dredging activities within cost and schedule for all offshore projects in the Middle
Manage all documentation life cycles for all McDermott dredging projects in the Middle East from start till client approval.
Manage McDermott Middle East dredging subcontractors or develop in-house solutions.
Create synergy between McDermott projects to drive cost reduction.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Degree in HR/Business Administration
10 years and above experience in crewing and project logistics
Knowledge of OPITO, OHSAS, and STCW regulations.
Knowledge of various standards relating to critical crafts such as APIRP2D, BS 7121 PART 11, CISRS, HACCP, LOLER, and PUWER
Knowledge of International travel and immigration norms
