Job Details
Qotuf Foodstuff Factory is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Ammonia System and Utility Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The primary responsibility is to oversee maintenance operations and perform preventive maintenance on utility equipment within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and chilled water systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair boiler/steam systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair domestic water heating systems.
• Maintain boiler/condenser water chemical systems.
• Maintain refrigeration, cooling tower (condenser), and boiler logbooks.
• Execute duties with focus on safety, product quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Perform work orders on time as assigned by planner/scheduler, PSM Manager, or other management members in proper priority.
• Calibration of any assigned equipment and instruments.
• Responsible for housekeeping of work areas during and after performing work.
• Manage plant utilities systems, including refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, compressed air, and in the future, wastewater treatment systems.
• Key contributor to the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and industrial utilities.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC, boiler, and chilled water systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

نحن في شركة قطوف للصناعات الغذائية نبحث عن مشرف أنظمة التبريد الصناعية (أمونيا) والمرافق للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الدوحة. ستكون مسؤولياتك الأساسية هي الإشراف على عمليات الصيانة والقيام بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية لأجهزة المرافق في المصنع.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية على أجهزة المرافق.
• تشخيص وإصلاح أنظمة التبريد الصناعية باستخدام الأمونيا.
• تشخيص وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف والتهوية والتبريد (HVAC) وأنظمة المياه المبردة.
• تشخيص وإصلاح أنظمة الغلايات/البخار.
• تشخيص وإصلاح أنظمة تدفئة المياه المنزلية.
• الحفاظ على أنظمة المياه الكيميائية للغلايات والمكثفات.
• الحفاظ على سجلات التبريد، وبرج التبريد (المكثف)، والغلايات.
• أداء الواجبات المسندة مع التركيز على السلامة وجودة العمل (من حيث المنتج والمهام) وممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP).
• تنفيذ أوامر العمل في الوقت المحدد وفقًا للمخطط الزمني أو من قبل مدير PSM أو أي عضو آخر في الإدارة.
• معايرة أي معدات وأدوات تم تعيينها.
• مسؤول عن الحفاظ على نظافة أي منطقة عمل أثناء وبعد إجراء الأعمال.
• إدارة أنظمة المرافق في المصنع، بما في ذلك التبريد، والغلايات، وأنظمة HVAC، وضغط الهواء، وفي المستقبل - نظام معالجة المياه العادمة.
• الإسهام الرئيسي في تركيب وصيانة المعدات الميكانيكية والكهربائية.

المتطلبات:
