Key Responsibilities
- Academic Guidance: Assist students in selecting courses, planning academic schedules, and ensuring graduation requirements are met.
- Career Counseling: Provide advice on career exploration, internships, and job opportunities, tailored to individual student strengths and interests.
- Emotional & Psychological Support: Offer counseling to students dealing with stress, anxiety, personal issues, and other mental health concerns.
- College & University Applications: Help students with the college application process, including personal statements and interview preparation.
- Workshops & Seminars: Organize and lead workshops on study skills, time management, career planning, and stress management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, parents, and administration to monitor student progress and address academic or personal issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Degree: Bachelor's or Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience as an academic counselor, career advisor, or similar role in an educational setting is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Student-Centered Approach: A passion for supporting students in both their academic and emotional development.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- التوجيه الأكاديمي: مساعدة الطلاب في اختيار الدورات الدراسية، وتخطيط الجداول الأكاديمية، وضمان تلبية متطلبات التخرج.
- الإرشاد المهني: تقديم نصائح حول استكشاف الوظائف، والتدريب الداخلي، وفرص العمل، بما يتناسب مع قوة واهتمامات كل طالب.
- الدعم العاطفي والنفسي: تقديم الاستشارات للطلاب الذين يعانون من التوتر والقلق والمشاكل الشخصية وأمور الصحة النفسية الأخرى.
- التقديم للجامعات والكليات: مساعدة الطلاب في عملية التقديم للتعليم العالي، بما في ذلك كتابة البيانات الشخصية والتحضير للمقابلات.
- ورش العمل والندوات: تنظيم وقيادة ورش العمل حول مهارات الدراسة، وإدارة الوقت، والتخطيط المهني، وإدارة التوتر.
- التعاون: العمل عن كثب مع المعلمين وأولياء الأمور والإدارة لمتابعة تقدم الطلاب ومعالجة أي مشاكل أكاديمية أو شخصية.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- درجة ذات صلة: درجة بكاليريوس أو ماجستير في الإرشاد أو علم النفس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: يفضل الخبرة السابقة كمرشد أكاديمي أو مستشار مهني أو في دور مماثل في بيئة تعليمية.
- مهارات الاتصال الممتازة: الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مع مهارات كتابة وتواصل شفهية قوية.
- نهج موجه للطلاب: شغف بدعم الطلاب في تطويرهم الأكاديمي والعاطفي.
